Council Tax Reduction Scheme

Reventus have been at the forefront of collection following the Welfare Reform, achieving market leading results in the collection of lower balance cases. We collect employment or benefit information, contact customers pre-enforcement and identify those who are able to pay their debt or require assistance when facing difficulty paying. Whenever possible, we ascertain the reasons for the problems and either offer the debtor advice, carrying out an income and expenditure review and/or direct the debtor to other sources of free advice. We also provide our clients with a report of the circumstances enabling a clear assessment of the situation.

Civil Parking Enforcement

Reventus are a member of the British Parking Association and have invested in ANPR vehicles equipped with the latest technologies. We undertake DVLA Registered Keeper and HPI Verification checks. We develop a customised approach for our clients, to meet with their exact requirements. Our aim is to engage with customers at pre-enforcement stage maximising front-end income for our clients.

We provide property descriptions and condition reports, details of any sale boards or of any new occupiers together with any other specific information required to assist our clients to bill promptly and accurately.
