Able Futures
We are pleased to announce a new partnership with Able Futures
At Reventus, we care about our staff and understand that having a happy team benefits our business.

Stress, depression, anxiety and serious mental health problems in the workplace was 11.6% in 2020 for absence from work. (Source: Office for National Statistics – Labour Force Survey)

The last year has also been difficult for everyone with the three lockdowns, and our profession has also been heavily impacted, which is why we have partnered with Able Futures. They deliver the Access to Work Mental Health Support Service on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions.

This support scheme will give our Management Team guidance and tools to help to support our employees with their mental health wellbeing and support them with any mental health issues that are affecting them.

This service will also give our employees access to up to 9 months one to one advice and guidance from a Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant to help their mental health. They provide a variety of tools and techniques that can help with improving mental health.

We know that it is important for our team to be able to openly talk about Mental Health and remove the stigma that can be attached to it, which is why our Management Team are welcoming the support that Able Futures can offer to us and our staff.
